Advice on buying a motion blur reduction/backlight strobing ($250 or less)

#1
After buying a 144hz monitor (Acer XFA240) for the 1st time in my life. Even though it is better than my current G257HL (60hz OC to 80hz using CRU), it still suffered from severe motion blur, considering there are other options around the same price range. For now I am considering the BenQ Zowie XL2411P (due to the customizable strobing thanks to the utility by blur busters) or the brand new LG24GL600F, this one have a "1ms motion blur reduction" mode, I am not sure what it is. The games I usually play run at an average of 120 fps and with 80 fps 1% low. I don't really care much about adaptive sync and colors, I own a GTX 1050 Ti, main bottleneck is the CPU (Intel i5 6400, undervolted -.185 V). I could wait and step up to something for fancy if it's more future proof.

You will always have motion blur when not using backlight strobing or buying a 240hz Oled / Plasma panel 8) Regarding motion blur, the BenQ will not really improve it. The LG24GL600F will if it will have backlight strobing. But you will lose the freesync ability when enabling this feature. This means that between each frame a BLACK FRAME is shown (backing strobing also causes flickering, on 120hz most ppl do not see this, but some. On 60Hz it is pretty good visible).
